As soon as the weather starts to warm up in New York City, one of my favorite things to do is go for long runs through some of my favorite parks in Brooklyn. Even though I love running, finding the motivation to get back in my summer running routine is super challenging every year. Listening to an uplifting and energizing music playlist is just about the only thing that keeps me motivated to get out there and move. Lucky for me, I have my own personal DJ who gives me a steady supply of the best playlists to fuel my toughest workouts. Lucky for you, I'm sharing them with you every month!
